Get a login ID for the conference database

STEP 2

You can now only register for workshops by fax. Registration for the meeting is CLOSED.

STEP 3 (Optional)

Submission of abstracts for the meeting is closed.

STEP 4 (Optional)

Verify that you are a student.

STEP 5 (Optional)

Apply for a travel bursary.

If you do not receive a return email acknowledging the receipt of your registration within 2 business days please contact CVBS directly. Cancellation - If you are unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome. Cancellations received prior to 22 July'09 will receive a full refund less $140 administration fee. Cancellations received prior to 19 August'09 will receive registration refund less 50% of accommodation paid, less $140 administration fee. Cancellations received prior to 18 September'09 will receive registration refund less 75% of accommodation paid, less $140 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 19 September'09. Delegates who cancel after this date will receive a full copy of all conference material.
