Abstracts

Abstracts can be submitted electronically at the time of registration. Abstract submission deadline for oral presentations is 31th July, 2009. (One month after the end of earlybird registration.) Abstract submission for posters is 31st August, 2009. Abstracts can be submitted before or after registration, however they will only be considered for presentation once the author has registered.

Please follow these guidelines for submitting your abstract:

Abstracts must be submitted online.

The title must be less than 20 words.

List all authors and their affiliations.

The abstract itself should not be more than 250 words.

Do not include anys images, tables, diagrams, graphs or bibliography in the abstract.

Identify one author as the communicating author.

The communicating author of the abstract will be notified via email when abstracts are selected for presentation.

Note: The Organising Committee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any abstract viewed as inappropriate.
